Push Housecall Pro jobs to Google Calendar

Turn on Housecall Pro's Google Calendar app so jobs, estimates and events show up in Google Calendar. One-way, built in. Steps checked against the vendor's help article on 2026-10-25 (article last updated 2026-08-07).

What you need

• A Housecall Pro account with web access (Housecall Pro says this is not available for Field Tech role employees)
• A Google account with Google Calendar. If you are already signed in to Google, make sure it is the calendar you want to connect.

Steps

1. Open your apps. In Housecall Pro on the web, go to My Apps, then All Apps.
2. Open the Google Calendar app. Find and open the Google Calendar app.
3. Enable it. Click the toggle in the top-right corner of the app details page to enable the app.
4. Connect. Click Connect in the bottom-right corner of the window. Housecall Pro then pushes your jobs, estimates and events to your Google Calendar.

Limits to know

• The connection is one-way: changing an "HCP event" in Google Calendar (for example its time or date) does not change the job in Housecall Pro.
• It needs web access to Housecall Pro, so Field Tech role employees cannot set it up.
• If jobs are missing from Google Calendar, Housecall Pro has a help article for that: "What if my jobs aren't showing up on my Google Calendar?"
