Sync your Jobber schedule to Google Calendar

Show Jobber visits, tasks and reminders in Google Calendar with Jobber's built-in calendar link. One-way, no extra apps. Steps checked against the vendor's help article on 2026-10-24 (article last updated 2026-08-11).

What you need

• A Jobber account (calendar syncing is set up on Jobber.com in a web browser, not in the Jobber mobile app)
• A Google account with Google Calendar

Steps

1. In Jobber, open the schedule. On Jobber.com, open your schedule, click More, then Schedule Settings.
2. Turn on calendar sync. Find the calendar sync section and select Set up calendar sync.
3. Pick what to sync. Check the items you want in Google Calendar. Jobber lists tasks, reminders, events, visits, requests, unassigned items and items assigned to everyone.
4. Copy the calendar link. Select Copy. This saves the calendar URL with the options you checked.
5. Subscribe in Google Calendar. Open Google Calendar. On the left, click the arrow next to Other calendars and choose Subscribe to calendar (Jobber's article then says to pick From URL). Paste the Jobber link into URL of calendar and select Add calendar.
6. Give it a clear name. In Google Calendar, click the gear icon, then Settings, then Settings for other calendars. Click the calendar whose name starts with the Jobber web address and rename it, for example to "Jobber".

Limits to know

• The sync is one-way: Jobber appointments show in Google Calendar, but personal Google events do not show in Jobber.
• It pulls items from 2 weeks in the past to 20 weeks ahead of the date the sync is set up.
• It is not real time. Jobber says Google Calendar refreshes roughly every 12 hours and has no manual refresh; Apple Calendar can refresh as often as every 5 minutes.
• Google Calendar syncs up to 1,111 items and pauses the sync past that limit.
• The same Jobber link works in most other calendar apps that can subscribe to a calendar by URL (Jobber names Apple, iCloud, Yahoo, Thunderbird and Outlook).
