What this blog is for

IntegratedOwner now has a blog. Here is what we will post and the rules every post follows: practical steps, listed tools only, prices from the vendor's own pages and no made-up numbers.

What goes here

Every new Answers how-to and every "Build systems with AI" guide gets listed here when it goes up, so you can follow along in one place or by RSS. We will also post copy-and-paste templates, example walkthroughs and a monthly roundup of what's new in AI for trades and other small businesses.

How we write

Posts are practical and short. Each one names the job, the tools we list that do it, what they cost on the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown, and the steps to set it up. If we haven't confirmed something, we say so.

What we won't do

No made-up statistics, no fake reviews and no rankings we haven't earned by testing a tool in a real business. Example scenarios are always labeled as examples, not results. Affiliate links never change what we recommend; see our disclosure.

Where to start

If you're new to AI tools, read Ways to use AI in your business. If you lose jobs because you can't pick up the phone, read Never miss a contractor call. Want the posts by email? Join the newsletter.
