System: from finished job to Google review

Connect your job software to a review request tool so finished jobs trigger a thank-you and a review request, and repeat-business reminders go out later, with a person reading anything AI writes.

1. Job marked complete2. Thank-you message3. Review request4. Reply to the review5. Repeat-business check-in
We built this from the vendors' own pages and help articles on the dates shown. We haven't run this exact setup in our own business yet, so set it up one step at a time and test each step. No made-up numbers.

Step 1. Mark the job complete

Use the job-complete or invoice-paid status in your job software as the trigger, so requests only go to customers whose job is actually done.

Step-by-step: Review requests and repeat-business emails after the job

Tools: Jobber (Core $29/mo billed annually ($49 month-to-month), checked 2026-11-01), Housecall Pro (Basic $59/mo billed annually, checked 2026-11-01), ServiceM8 (Free $0/mo (30 jobs); Starter $29/mo (50 jobs); Growing $79/mo (150 jobs); Premium $149/mo (500 jobs), checked 2026-11-03). See each listing for what's included.

Step 2. Send a thank-you and a review request
